At VivaLuxe Naturals, we craft small-batch beef tallow skincare with premium natural ingredients. Because these are personal care products, we follow strict return guidelines to protect product safety and quality.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds for opened or used products. However, we may issue store credit for the product price (shipping not included).

To qualify, you must:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Return a product that is at least 75% full

We review each request and make the final decision.

After 7 days, we will not approve requests.

Store credit expires 90 days after we issue it.

Unopened Products

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days for store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your claim and send a replacement or issue store credit if approved.

Warm Weather Notice

Our products contain pure beef tallow. Heat can soften or melt tallow during shipping.

Softening does not affect safety or quality.

If your product melts:

  • Let it return to room temperature
  • Place it in the refrigerator to firm it up
  • If needed, scoop it into a bowl and rewhip it with a hand mixer to restore the original texture

We do not offer replacements or credit for heat-related texture changes.

Natural Texture & Color Variations

We make our products in small batches using natural ingredients.

Because of this:

  • Texture may vary
  • Color may range from white to light gold
  • Scent may vary slightly

These changes are normal. They do not affect performance.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Always perform a patch test before full use.

We clearly list all ingredients on each product page so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

We do not offer store credit for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges do not qualify for refund or store credit.
